Prediction of Singaporepools Toto for next draw no. 3402, 3 Sep 2018:

Continuity no.:

3,27,31,40.

1) 31 has many neighbours.

2) 40 has the highest possibility, however too cliche.

3) 27 has few nearest neighbours.

4) 3 has some nearest neighbours too.

So now my guess is 27,40. 

The accuracy is still low and inconsistant. 

I think the reasons are

1) The formular is incomplete, do not look at the whole picture.

2) it still quite manual.
